    Terms of Service

    Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of laavi, the business management platform provided at laavi.io ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

    1. The service

laavi provides tools for event companies including CRM, booking management, contracts and e-signatures, invoicing and payments, planning portals, team workspaces, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features as the platform evolves.

    2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Company administrators control which staff and clients can access their workspace.

    3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as shown at purchase. Onboarding packages are one-time fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice before your next billing period.

    4. Your data

You own the business data you and your clients put into laavi. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to run the service. We will not sell your data.

    5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, sending spam or unlawful messages through the platform, uploading malicious code, infringing the rights of others, or using the service in violation of applicable law.

    6. Third party services

The service integrates with third parties such as Google, Stripe, and SMS and email providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third party services.

    7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and performant, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

    8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, laavi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

    9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your data for a reasonable period.

    10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules.

    11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update this page and adjust the date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
