laavi ("laavi", "we", "us") provides an all-in-one business management platform for event companies, DJs, and entertainers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to laavi.io and the laavi application.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you or your company create an account.
- Business and event data: leads, bookings, contracts, invoices, payments records, planning forms, music selections, timelines, messages, and files that you or your clients enter into the platform.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage information: log data, device and browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and improve it.
2. Google user data
If you choose to connect a Google account, laavi accesses Google Calendar data (to read availability and create, update, or delete events you ask us to manage) and Gmail data (to send and sync email conversations inside your workspace). We only use this data to provide these features to you. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it. Access can be revoked at any time from your laavi settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
laavi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the service, process payments, send transactional messages (such as booking confirmations, invoices, and reminders), provide support, keep the platform secure, and improve features. We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as cloud hosting, Stripe for payments, email and SMS delivery providers), when required by law, or with your direction. Your business data belongs to your business: staff and clients see only what your company's roles and permissions allow.
5. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. When a Google account is disconnected, we stop accessing it and delete the associated tokens.
6. Security
We use industry standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, role based access controls, and isolated per-company data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
8. Cookies
We use cookies needed for sign-in and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Children
laavi is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update this page and adjust the date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
